Authorization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">You authorize us to inspect, diagnose, repair, test, and handle your device as necessary to complete the requested service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Data Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before submitting a device for service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Although we exercise reasonable care, we are not responsible for any loss of data, corruption of files, deleted information, software issues, passwords, or settings that may occur during diagnosis or repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Passwords &amp; Device Access<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">If a passcode, password, PIN, or biometric access is provided, it will be used only for testing, diagnosis, repair, quality control, and returning the device in proper working order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We do not access, copy, review, or share personal information unless it is necessary to perform the requested service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Passwords are not retained after the repair is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We respect customer privacy and handle devices with reasonable care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We do not intentionally access personal photos, videos, documents, emails, messages, or other private content unless required to verify the requested repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. No Guarantee of Data Security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">While every reasonable precaution is taken, no repair shop can guarantee absolute protection against data loss, corruption, malware, software failure, or future security incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We are not responsible for events occurring before, during, or after repair that are outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Water-Damaged Devices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Liquid-damaged devices may fail at any time before, during, or after repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Successful repair cannot be guaranteed, and additional failures may occur due to corrosion or hidden damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Devices Previously Repaired or Damaged<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Devices with prior repairs, physical damage, bent frames, liquid damage, missing parts, or aftermarket components carry additional risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We are not responsible for failures resulting from pre-existing conditions discovered before, during, or after repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Parts Used<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Unless otherwise requested, replacement parts may be genuine, OEM-equivalent, refurbished, or aftermarket depending on availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Customers will be informed whenever applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Our warranty covers only the specific repair or replacement part supplied by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"font-size:17px\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Physical damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liquid damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abuse or misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power surges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized repairs or opening of the device<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software issues unrelated to our repair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Warranty becomes void if the device has been opened or repaired by another party after our service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. No Liability for Indirect Losses<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Loss of income<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Loss of business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Lost profits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Loss of data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Loss of opportunity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Consequential or indirect damages arising from device failure or repair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Manufacturer Warranty<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Repairing your device with independent replacement parts may affect or void the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Customers accept this risk before authorizing repair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Repair Estimates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Quotes are estimates based on available information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Additional faults discovered during repair may require customer approval before further work proceeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13. Diagnostic Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Diagnostic or inspection fees of $20 may apply even if repair is declined, depending on the service requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>14. Unrepairable Devices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Some devices cannot be repaired due to hidden defects, severe damage, unavailable parts, or manufacturer restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Diagnostic or labour charges may still apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>15. Collection of Devices<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Completed repairs should be collected promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification may be considered abandoned, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices to recover storage or repair costs where legally permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>16. Accessories<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Unless specifically listed on the work order, customers should not leave cases, SIM cards, memory cards, chargers, cables, screen protectors, or other accessories with the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We are not responsible for unlisted accessories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>17. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Devices may be retained until outstanding balances are paid where permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>18. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the repair service, except where prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>19. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete repairs due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping delays, power outages, natural disasters, or manufacturer restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>20.
